Michael Sherman, Pastor
Michael Sherman is a passionate minister whio says his role is to “encourage and equip” the congregation at Muncie Friends Church, with whom he is deeply and personally involved.
Education
A graduate of Purdue University, Serman pastored Raysville Friends Church while he earned his Master of Divinity degree from Earlham School of Religion, prior to coming to Muncie. Earlham is regarded as one of the finest liberal arts schools in the country.
Service
He is the Friends United Meeting North American and Caribbean Ministries Coordinator, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the International Friends United Meeting. Sherman was instrumental in the formation of the New Association of Friends.
Miscellaneous
He and his wife, Kristen, have four children. Sherman is an avid woodworker and craftman.
